Getting a head start on my favorite holiday... Independence day! Cutting fabric is not fun though... It's the longest part of the whole Tutu making process. Can't wait to see how my "God Bless America" Tutu's turn out! I put "God Bless America" for my cousin Clara, she likes to call every American Flag or Red, White and Blue thing "God Bless America!" So Cute!

{Going FABRIC Crazy}

 

Do you have leftover Fabric laying around from a previous project?! Well I did and this is what I did with it! I made these beautiful and unique Tutu's for Girls and Babies! They are easy and fun to make! Take your fabric and cut it into strips. I use about 16 strips for each tutu. Tie your fabric in knots around your stretchy waist band then flip it inside out and take pieces of tulle to tie in between each fabric knot! Adding Tulle underneath will make your fabric tutu more full, vibrant and fluffy! When your finished with the tulle flip your tutu back over and add many beautiful embellishments! You can also purchase fabric quarters from your local Walmart or Joann's! HAPPY CRAFTING!!

Blue tulle. White tulle used for knotty waist band. Topped with 3 blue flowers. stretchy waist band

Orange and Yellow Tulle. Knotty Yellow waist band. Topped with a large Yellow and Orange flower. stretchy waist band

{Sparkle Diva Tutu}

This tutu is sparkly even though the picture doesn't show it. Lime Green, Lime Green Sparkle and Black tulle, topped with Lime green and black zebra print ribbon. Black satin ribbon waist band. stretchy waist band
